Beautiful spring weekends are the perfect time to visit the zoo. The DC Zoo is free (score) so we met up with some friends and their adorable children to catch a glimpse of the zoo creatures. We especially went to see the new baby panda, Bei Bei, who is only 7 months old and so cute. He was hanging upside down in a low tree and playing with some of his caretakers. We, along with hundreds of other enthralled visitors, watched him hang around with big smiles plastered on our faces.

The DC zoo is big and requires a lot of walking. I got these espadrilles from JustFab for $6 when they had a 50% off sale for VIPs (score)! They are really comfy, but I recommend going up 1 or 1/2 a size. See some more espadrilles I recommend in this post.
My Old Navy jumpsuit is lightweight and silky. I am sad that it is already sold out. Old navy has this one and this one, but I also found this, this, this, and this that are more similar to mine, all at good price points.
