Styling the “it” color the season: red!
For our quarterly blogger collaboration, we are styling the bold and bright color that’s trending this fall! A statement color is my personal favorite.
I admit that I have this sweater in two other colors, and recently added the bold bright red to my collection. I styled it with leggings (because that’s how I roll with a 1 and a 4 year old) and a vintage Furla bag that I found at a consignment shop. Looking chic in red doesn’t have to be a complicated fashion science. Go with what you’re usually comfortable wearing, and choose a bright color instead of a neutral. You’ll feel so confident, I promise.
The Magnificent 8 – RED!
This group is so inspiring that they even inspired me to write my first blog post in 6 months!
We were inspired by the blazer trend in April, did statement pants for spring, an “outside the box” styling theme last January. Some more themes: pearls, a yellow theme last July, a garden theme, styled vintage and heirloom pieces, and now we’re back with another fun styling theme.
The Magnificent 8 is a collaboration among 8 stylish women, each in a different age bracket, ranging from early 20’s to early 80’s. The mission of this collaboration is to show you just how ageless style is, how we can each dress however we’d like and in ways that make us feel fabulous. There are no age restrictions on style. So wear what you want, when you want, add a smile, and strut your style with confidence. Be sure to check out all 7 of these amazing gals! And make sure you check back in three months for our next collaboration!
Let me re-introduce the ladies of The Magnificent 8. Head to the blogs below to see how everyone is styling the “it” color of the season.
