Golden Goose Dupes & Review
There’s a current craze for Golden Goose designer sneakers. Unlucky for me and most of the world, they’re $500. What makes them unique? The star patch on the side, and their incredibly cool lived-in look. They come sort of scuffed, kind of like distressed jeans but distressed sneakers. And they’re notorious for being extremely comfortable.
Since I wasn’t sure that I wanted to plunge into the investment of a $500 shoe right away, I started looking for some Golden Goose dupes. I found this pair for just $30 and ordered them right away! I’m normally a size 7 US and I ordered a size 38, but I wish I would have gotten a 39 so I could wear them with thicker socks. So word to the wise – size up!
I’m really impressed! They are comfortable and look just like Golden Goose sneakers without the branding. Just like the real deal, they go with everything. If I wear them a lot, then I might just take the plunge and save up for the designer ones. We shall see! I also really like this pair that’s white on white, and this pair with the purple star are so cute.
Red Dress Boutique has Golden Goose look-alikes, too, but they sell out super quickly. So if you want them and see them in stock on their website, I recommend going for it. I think the leopard ones are really fun! The Steve Madden look-alikes are pretty good, but not inexpensive either. I linked more Golden Goose Dupes below!
