Friday Fizz: All the Ruffles

A big trend this spring/summer is the ruffle. Ruffles initially make me think of Marie Antoinette strutting around Versailles. But there is a reason why they are on trend – because the gathering of the fabric looks sophisticated and glamorous.

I found twelve dreamy pieces – although it was so hard to narrow it down – along with some accessories you can pair with them! Everything is under 100!

Ruffles don’t HAVE to be crazy and in your face. For instance, the little ruffle detail on this romper is just enough to give it some spice. And ruffle that makes this top asymmetric is the perfect detail.

I was really conscious to find pieces that will go well with the humid weather. I especially love this printed dress (it was love at first sight!) and this tank is so colorful and fun! It is actually called the “flirt tank”!
