Dan and I went straight to sunny Florida after visiting with family in Cleveland. He has a law conference in Jupiter (it is about an hour and a half north of Fort Lauderdale) and I came along for the sunshine.
Being down here reminds of the embroidery trend I love so much.
JEAN JACKET (on sale!) | ESPADRILLES (also in navy) | HAT | HALTER TOP | BELL SLEEVED TOP | TASSEL BLOUSE | POM SLIDES (only $16) | CLUTCH | SKIRT | TASSEL TOP | LACE UP HEELS | SWIMSUIT | SHIRTDRESS ($18) | WHITE BAG
There is something a little rustic about embroidery, but also flirty and bohemian (which you know I love). I found all these pieces for under $75, and so I had to feature them in this week’s Friday Fizz!
I just ordered this embroidered shirtdress for just $18. I like that is is work-appropriate but still on-trend! I also got this gorgeous bell sleeved top. I can not WAIT for it to arrive! Expect it in an outfit post soon.
As far as embroidered shoes, they are all over the place so it was hard to narrow it down. I was perusing some different websites I love and found these lace up beauties. Okay, so I lied, there is ONE piece that is over $75 in this roundup. But I had to include them. I like that they base is gray! They would go with so many outfits. I also miraculously found these pom pom slides for JUST $16! I MEAN SERIOUSLY!? I like the pink motif best, but they also come in a multicolor version, too.
I’m also loving this embroidered choker set for $7. It didn’t make it into the collage because I couldn’t find a good photo of it. But adding an embroidered choker is a fun festival-esque twist on the choker trend. I have one that is white with blue flowers like this one.
We’re headed to Harry Potter Land on Friday! And maybe some outlet shopping 😉 I hope you all have a wonderful weekend!

I love all the pretty colorful embroidery! It reminds me of my Hungarian Heritage- the skirt is adorable! The shoes too!
