How is everyone doing? It’s starting to feel like spring in Chicago. I’m thankful for that because we don’t have to bundle up as much on our daily walks. Not having a reason to dress up and go out is also kind of frustrating. I’ve decided to dress for myself, put make up on if I feel like it, and not beat myself up if I want to just wear sweats some days. Let’s take this one day at a time.
Colorful Spring Outfits
I’ve been gravitating towards all the bright, colorful spring outfits when shopping online these days. They give me a glimpse of sunshine during these dark times. This dress is on sale and in my cart! I think it’ll be so comfy to wear around the house, which will be a nice alternative to leggings and a slouchy tee. It comes in plus size, too.

Colorful accessories make me smile. I saw some lavender sunglasses in a boutique before the stay at home order went into effect, and I’m still dreaming about them, so I found a similar pair on amazon. I keep imagining how they could elevate a white tee and jeans to a whole new level.
Since I have a little hair grabber at home, I like to keep hair ties and scrunchies nearby. These fun scrunchies look cute on my wrist AND in my hair!
