Hi from Palm Springs!
I’m sitting in the Palm Springs hotel in the dark while Sidney takes a little snooze. She’s doing alright with the 2 hour time change, but I imagine it is a bit confusing for her. Since I have some free time, I thought I’d share some of my favorite Spring trends that are currently in the Shopbop sale spring event!

Sneakers. Sneakers are big big BIG right now. You can wear them with basically everything, even dresses and skirts! That’s the beauty of a good sneaker. I have my eye on these Veja ones, and this pair is so classic and cool. I like the Tretorn brand because they are cute and affordable!
Frilly Tops. Tops with fun conversational details are perfect for sprucing up a spring wardrobe. This one wold look really cute with jean shorts, and I plan to wear this gorgeous peplum top for date night! I love that it comes in a bunch of colors. The white and blue stripe is my favorite, followed by bright blue.
Colorful Skirts. It’s so easy to throw on a colorful skirt with your favorite white tee. And voilá – you have a chic outfit. I’m really enjoying the maxi and midi length right now, probably because my legs are so pasty from our doomed. Chicago weather. I saw this skirt on another blogger and she looked SO cute, and this colorful wrap skirt needs to be mine.
Spring Accessories. To me, spring accessories are about straw bags (love this one), colorful hair accessories, and bold jewelry. Adding little pops of fun to your transitional wardrobe can be a breath of fresh air! How perfect is this sunglasses chain!?
