Let’s talk about Rodan + Fields Lash Boost. Lashes are my favorite. And as far as I’m concerned, the longer, the better. Putting mascara on at the end of my make up routine is like the cherry on top that makes everything go “pop!”
I’ve always had pretty thick lashes, but they were never as long as I wanted them to be. My sister has always had these long thick lashes that naturally curl, and I’ve been envious all my life. My life’s quest has been to find the most volumizing, lengthening mascara that brands have to offer (I consider myself an expert). But somehow, no matter what, I’m always pining for more.
About Rodan + Fields Lash Boost
My friend Caitlin reached out to me when she started consulting for R+F. She showed me the results of the Rodan + Fields lash boost system, which are undeniably amazing. My favorite photo was of a chemotherapy patient who was able to grow back her eyelashes and brows from using this product. After putting her off for months, I finally tried it when she had a mega sale. After all, Lash Boost isn’t cheap. At the high end, it costs about $150 (depending on the deal you get at the time) for an approximately 60 day supply. But I thought about how nice it would be to not wear lashes for photo shoots, and ditching the idea of getting lash extensions, which certainly cost more than this product.
Rodan + Fields Lash Boost claims to give you longer, fuller lashes in about 4 weeks.
How To Use Lash Boost
In the evening when I finish washing my face and putting on all my evening face creams, I apply the Lash Boost. It only goes on my top lash line. Think of it as night time clear liquid eyeliner. When you sleep, the concentrated serum distributes to your lower lashes, too. I have a little patch in my eyebrow that I’m trying to grow, so I’ll put a little on there, too.
My Lash Boost Results
Although Rodan + Fields says you can see results in 4 weeks, my results took a bit longer. After the 4 week mark I kind of stopped keeping track of the time and got into the routine of just using it every night and hoping to some day wake up with unicorn lashes. In about 8 weeks, I noticed that my lashes were super long and thick. And with mascara…WOW! Just wow! That’s with every mascara, not just the expensive kind I happen to love.
The first photo is back in November when I started using Rodan + Fields Lash Boost. The second is in April when I noticed a drastic change, and the third is with one coat of mascara. I am sure that there was a significant change sooner than April, but like I said, I just wasn’t paying attention. Also please disregard my unruly eyebrows.
Now that I’ve been using it faithfully for about 6 months (since November) I am absolutely hooked. The top photo was a selfie I took before heading in to work yesterday! I no longer use my lash curler, and I get compliments on my lashes all the time. Like…”yes girl these are my real lashes…*hair flip*.” I love my favorite mascaras even more than I used to because they do an even better job of opening my eyes and making me look more awake, which is quite important when you are your own mascot. I also noticed that the tube lasts way longer than 60 days. I had my first one for close to 6 months…although I know that seems like forever. Admittedly, I wasn’t using it every day at first, and not as faithfully as I should have been. I’ve also been on vacations and forgotten to bring it with me. That could be why my results came so slowly. But the fact that one tube can last you about 5 months certainly makes the cost feel like less. I’m now on my second tube and I can’t recommend it enough.
To Those Of You Who Are R+F Consultants
With growing popularity of R+F (they’re the #1 premium skincare company in the US) I am contacted at least once a week by someone who works for R+F and wants to get me started on a regimen. While I’m pumped for you and your business, it is only fair that I decline. My sole supplier, Caitlin, suffered through law school with me, and was a bridesmaid in my wedding. So anything I will ever purchase from Rodan + Fields will be through her! I know you guys understand! She’s the best consultant by the way: she had me sign up as a vip so that I get discounts on the lash boost (I pay $135) and she texts me when my autoship is coming up so that I don’t end up with too much product. If you’re interested in ordering through Caitlin, here is her info! And if you told her I sent you, you’ll get the queen bey treatment.
Please note that I wasn’t compensated to write this post, and I’m not associated with R+F at all! I just really love the product and stand by it because my results are amazing. If you have any questions, drop them below.

I loved how this stuff worked!! Although for me it took almost 8 weeks! But it’s nice to have long lashes—something I’ve never had. In fact, I’m trying out another brand for comparison!!
