If I’m late for an event, it’s likely because I’m running around my apartment like a crazy person looking for my favorite lipstick. One that I have probably misplaced, yet again. It’s likely that you have seen me wear a lot of these lipsticks on the blog, because they are my go-to shades for every situation.

1.NARS Heat Wave. Heat Wave is the perfect orange-red. It brightens up my skin tone, and always makes me feel pretty and put together. It’s my #1, and the one I’m putting on in these pics!
2.Clinique Different Lipstick in Think Bronze. Everyone should have a “your lips but better” shade. That just means a lip color that is basically the same shade as your lips, but it adds a little somethin’ somethin’ so you still look “done.” You can put it on without a mirror or if you’re too deep into that rosé and still look put together. This is mine.
3. Lancome L’Absolu Rouge in Champagne. This wouldn’t be a proper Glassofglam post without a pink lipstick. Champagne is really more of a frosty rich pink that makes me look healthy. It’s also extremely moisturizing and the packaging is gorgeous.
4.NYX Soft Matte Lip Creme in Stockholm or Cannes. If you’re into the matte lip trend, these are for you. They’re easy to apply, comfortable to wear, and look sexy as hell. Plus the price is right.
5. Urban Decay 24/7 Glide On Lip Pencil in 714 Bright Red. My friend Grace got me this one as a birthday gift and it has quickly become a favorite. Cool toned reds (more blueish in hue) are a difficult match for me, but this one immediately worked. She nailed it! The pencil makes my teeth look so much whiter and waterproof formula stays on forever.
