Top It Off With A Fall Hat
Do you ever put on your favorite jeans, the perfect fall sweater, your cozy sneaks….but feel like the outfit just needs something more? I was pondering the same when I dressed myself and took a gander in the mirror. I tucked in the sweater, half tucked it, rolled the jeans, fluffed my hair, and the look still didn’t feel right. So I headed back to my closet for some inspiration.
The gray felt hat I found on Amazon jumped out at me! My outfit was missing balance and this hat is the surprise that brought it all together. I do think simple is good, but a hat brings a look to a whole new level of cool. Here are some more cool hats I found for under $25!
My Old Hat Hack
I admit that this hat was a total impulse buy. Hats like these cost $50 and up at Nordstrom and Shopbop and other places I like to shop (believe me I looked), so when I saw this one for just $25 I jumped. A total The size-adjusting string inside is a total game changer. I’ve had to glue foam insulation tape along the inner rim of a lot of my hats so that the hat fits properly (a cool hack, but very time consuming).
Can we also please talk about this beautiful vintage gold multi-strand necklace? It was a bit of a splurge for an accessory, but I’ve been wearing it almost every day since I got it. The strands clasp on and off the back, so you can wear all three together, just two, or each separately. I love it so much and the vintage gold goes with everything I own. Kendra Scott knows what she’s doing.

I bought a Target hat last fall and had to do the sticky felt strips to the inside thing. I *still* may have to add a drawstring. Anyway, you are looking adorable, I’m loving the KS necklace, def worth it!

What a great necklace! You look good in that hat too! i don’t suit hats at all – I wear them in the sun as I have to for sun protection but I don’t really like them, haha!
