Life Lately
Is anyone else shocked that September is already over halfway over? I feel like it just began! The weeks flying by can probably be explained by how busy we’ve been. Sidney started school, we celebrated the Jewish New Year, closed our pool for the season, and we’ve been trying to deal with and heal our cat Jake’s behavior problems. Highs, lows, new experiences and older traditions. All done in the blink of an eye!
We traveled to Cleveland this weekend for my cousin’s wedding! Sidney loves going to my parent’s house and eating all of my mom’s delicious food. I can’t say that I mind it much, either! Whenever we drive, I always overpack. Any opportunity to throw whatever I may want or need into a suitcase is a welcome one. Add the toddler I care for into the mix and let’s just say the suitcase is huge, haha.
Tiered Amazon Dress – And It’s A Bargain!
I packed this perfect tiered dress for our trip! It is easy to throw on, and doesn’t crumple one bit. I chose the blue marled color, and I also love it in pink! I mentioned it in last week’s post about the 4 Amazon dresses I bought for the summer to fall transition. I wear it now on its own with sandals, but I plan to wear it with sneakers and a jean jacket when temps cool off a bit.
