Good Morning from Loon Mountain!
I’m currently sitting in the White Mountains in New Hampshire! Dan’s Aunt and Uncle have a place here that they’ve been going to for years to ski and hang out. And even though Dan and I have been together for about 17 years now, this is my first time here! Loon mountain is about 2 hours from Boston, so we flew there, met up with my best friend Jessi who lives in Boston, and drove up to Loon for the weekend.
Sidney hung out at home while we went skiing the past couple of mornings! It has been the best and most relaxing trip. Peep more on my Instagram stories. Enough about though! Let’s talk about my recent Target try on experience!
MY SIZE: dress – small (also comes in plus!)
Target Try On Story
A couple of weeks ago, Sidney had a fussy morning so I decided that we needed to go somewhere. Sometimes getting out and exploring helps her forget about her baby problems. So, naturally, off to Target we went! I didn’t plan on doing a try-on while I was there, but there are so many cute things on the racks that I couldn’t help myself. Pardon my messy hair and sneakers – the trip was so spontaneous.
I was really drawn to all the tie dye (this top and bottom are to die for!) and I was looking for some cute denim shorts to wear to Palm Springs (we leave on Tuesday). I’m happy that a lot of the pieces I tried on also come in plus size. It’s my opinion that every clothing line should include a more inclusive sizing range. Target carries brands like Universal Thread and Wild Fable which are inclusive!
With Sidney in tow, I had time to try on 5 different outfits. Let me know which one is your favorite!
MY SIZES: shorts – 8 (I had a little room) | sweatshirt (so soft!): small (both some in plus, too)
MY SIZES: jeans/jeggings – 6 | peplum top: small
MY SIZES: Hogwarts tee: medium | jeggings – 6
MY SIZES: top – medium | bottom – medium (both also come in plus)
I think the tie dye dress and tie dye sweatsuit set are my favorite looks! The Hogwarts tee is a close fave, too! As a side note: I linked my outfits for this post via the liketoknow.it app. Here’s how to sign up! If you follow me on there you can find links to my outfits that I might not link here on the blog.

I am loving all the tie dye pieces you tried on too especially the dress! I love the colors and longer sleeves. I am a little weird in that if the skirt is short, I like for the sleeves to be longer or vice versa. I hope Sidney was okay after you guys went outside. I know getting out helped me too when my son was cranky or fussy. Happy Wednesday Roxanne!

It’s so nice that you had a chance to get out for a little bit. All of the outfits are cute on you, so whatever you chose, will work well. I’m not a huge fan of the Hogwarts tee, but I think that’s only it’s because it’s a little darker than the tie-dye.
