MAXI DRESS (only $18!)
Summer Maxi Dresses
Saturday was the most perfect of days. We went downtown to eat on the patio of one of our favorite Italian spots, Quartino. Then we walked around Michigan Avenue, got some coffee, and window shopped. Anything that involves eating, walking, and people watching is my favorite activity.
I packed this easy leopard maxi dress on our trip to Traverse City, Michigan (working on a post about that for you coming soon) and since then Dan keeps mentioning how much he likes maxi dresses. Want to know a secret? My shoulder-tie maxi is only $18! It comes in four different color ways, too, so make sure you check it out. Anyway, I took Dan’s maxi dress love as an opportunity to shop for a few more. I just got this one in red for the fourth of July, and I absolutely love this one from the Loveshackfancy line for Target! You can’t go wrong with this classic striped one, either.
There’s something so easy and chic about a maxi for summer. While they involve virtually no styling or matching skills, they happen to make you look chic and very put together. Remember my blue and white maxi dress from Palm Springs? Or this goddess dress I wore when Sidney was less than a month old? The photo in today’s post is from our trip downtown. We snapped a photo by some beautiful flowers on the sidewalk. I posted the photo to my Instagram stories, and my DMs started blowing up with questions about the dress!

Maxi dresses are one of my favorite pieces of clothing! They are absolutely so easy to wear and requires minimal effort. This animal print dress is no exception and I just love how it flows with you. You look great Roxanne and yay for being able to get out. Happy Tuesday and wishing you a beautiful week ahead.

So many cute maxi dresses! I absolutely love your leopard one. I haven’t owned a maxi dress in forever because they always seem too long on me!

Haha, I love that you stated maxis require no styling or matching skills–reason enough to wear them!
