Weekend In Michigan
What a fun weekend! We drove up to Fennville Michigan and stayed on a small Lavender farm. It was super relaxing, and the aroma of lavender was all around! We explored the nearby towns of Douglas and Saugatuck, with quaint little shops, delicious pie, and fantastic waterside views. If you’re looking for a quick, quiet getaway from Chicago, I highly recommend it!
Summer Kimonos that Rock
I have a lot of maternity basics. Solid color dresses, jeans, and tank tops. I was looking for something to add to my basics without spending too much, and discovered summer kimonos! A kimono is the perfect piece to reach for if you’re trying to add some color and trend without buying a whole new wardrobe. With rising temperatures, cardigans and jackets are getting to be a little too heavy for me. Thus making a light summer kimono the perfect spring and summer option.
You can dress up a simple black dress like I did with a crochet kimono, or pair a fancy leopard kimono with jeans and a white tee. There are so many great ways to style them with basics!
