Summer Maxi Skirt
When it comes to getting dressed this summer, my motto has been “whatever is easy.” I’m chasing a toddler in the heat and I don’t have time for anything too elaborate. Which is why I love a good summer maxi skirt. We are either running to the park, jumping in and out of the pool, or at home doing projects. I was even putting on a full face of make up until I realized that it all melted off by 9:30am, haha. What a silly waste!
I love a maxi skirt because it is so easy but still looks pretty. I can throw this one on over a bathing suit if we are out by the pool, then go sit cross-legged in the family room and read books. We all have an assortment of tanks and graphic tees that would look super chic with a fun maxi skirt, right?! I like wearing my skirt with this Jaws tee knotted in the front. A maxi just adds one more fun dimension to your wardrobe.

Exactly. When we become mama’s our clothing choices turn to functional and comfort, but that doesn’t mean we have to give up looking cute or stylish. You absolutely found the perfect balance of all of these things. Sounds like you are having a great summer thus far.
