January’s outfits must have been my favorite so far in the existence of Glass of Glam. As the months go on and I’m finding my groove, my style is becoming even more apparent. I think simple is better.
I must admit that I’m kind of sad I never did a December outfit round up. But November’s outfits were pretty bomb, too!
My oh so glamorous New Year’s outfit. I went all out with a blue velvet dress AND velvet shoes!
This was a typical casual look last month, and somewhat of a uniform. A cute top with a jacket and booties.

I still love this blanket scarf. I only have 2 in my collection. This one, and one that is more traditionally plaid.
January was the month of burgundy everything, including pants! I’ve had my burgundy cords forever, so I was happy to pull them out to pair with a cozy camel sweater.
I’ve kind of been into the bodysuits lately. Plus the blush pink just stops my heart. In the post featuring this look I talk about my ten tips for looking your best in photographs!
There’s a pretty funny story behind how I ended up with this tank. I styled it in an edgy way with my favorite JCrew parka and beloved rockstuds.
This dress is dreamy. Combining florals with lace is the perfect antidote for frigid winter days. I can’t stop wearing these speckled tights, either!
Finally, the embroidered top. It is just SO PRETTY! It looks even prettier close-up. And who doesn’t love comfy over the knee boots. It’s a rarity that you’ll find them in brown.
