About Patricia Nash Designs

Patricia Nash Designs is first and foremost a brand inspired by discovery. Born out of her loveĀ of uncovering new places, Patricia’s designs are forged from fond memories of and with cherished people in her life.Ā Each piece tells a story, whether it’s a pattern inspired by a fabric gifted to her by aĀ village woman in Peru, or a leather cutting technique taken from a handbag found inĀ the back of a vintage shop in Milan.Ā That’s why I love this brand so much – because it is born out of and inspires adventure.

Another reason to love Patricia Nash Designs, is that her brand represents quality. When I hold one of her handbags or slip on a pair of shoes, I instantly feel the artistry . It’s no surprise, because the brand uses old-world craftsmanship techniques like hand-dying, hand-cutting and hand-sewing.

My Favorite Patricia Nash Designs Travel Pieces

I was fortunate enough to take three pieces with me on my England trip, the Sicily lace up boots, Alimena crossbody bag, and Ponticelli belt bag. Most of these photographs are from the gorgeous English countryside, which I think the designs complimented so well.

Finding the perfect travel shoes and bags is always a difficult choice, because I need something comfortable, relatively neutral, fashionable, yet extremely functional. That’s a lot to ask!

Travel Handbags

The Alimena crossbody bag is the perfect travel companion – fitting all my essentials and matching my outfits seamlessly. When I felt like traveling a bit lighter, I opted for the Ponticelli belt bag, which easily fit my wallet and phone. Belt bags are super trendy right now, and I love that Patricia Nash designed such a classic one. The woven pouch slides off so you can wear the belt on its own, too!

Travel Shoes

Finally, the Sicily boots. I’ve been looking for a pair of lace up boots that are stylish, comfortable, and not clunky on my short stature. These boots are SO comfortable that they hardly had any break-in time. I wore them to hike up and down through the footpaths in the Cotswolds with ease. And since they are leather, I easily wiped off any dirt or mud that got on them. They come in black and taupe too, but I opted for the merlot and I’m so glad I did. We are always on our feet when we travel, so I considered these shoes a magical lifesaver!

Thank you to Patricia Nash Designs for sponsoring this post. And thank you for supporting the brands that support Glass of Glam.

Gorgeous outfits, and your bags and boots are fabulous! A good crossbody and a belt bag are travel essentials for me. Looks like you had a wonderful trip. I’ve lived in England all my life and never been to the Cotswolds…I should really go for a weekend break.

You take style travel to a new level. Playing with patterns, fabric textures, stylish meets chic meets unique. I can’t even really pick out a favorite because I seem to like each one equally. It looks like you guys explored, explored and explored. Welcome back.
