Ever since the weather became more pleasant I have felt more motivated to reinvigorate my workout routine because a) it is much more bearable to walk to the yoga studio when it isn’t -2 degrees b)warmer weather equals the showing of more skin (hello Michelle Obama arms!) and c)the “spring clean” mentality makes my brain think “renew, refresh, detoxify” in all life aspects.

Yoga, running, and high intensity training are my workouts of choice. I like to drink coconut water after an intense workout because it is a natural electrolyte and makes me feel extra hydrated. My favorites are Zico, Vita Coco, and Harmless Harvest.
In honor of coconut water and the coming of spring, I assembled a bunch of workout essentials. This water bottle is my absolute favorite because it helps me drink more regular water (as you know from this post.) These running shoes are the BEST- seriously like running on air. And how cool are these workout crops!? I also included a drying rack because a lot of workout clothes need to be air dried – especially if you want them to last a long time!

I also included a Fitbit before I knew that Dan was getting me one! He just totally surprised me, and I am SO EXCITED to use it to track my steps, heart rate, sleep. He chose the Fitbit HR Charge for us. I might be late on the fitbit bandwagon but I think it is the perfect device for me!
