So I made up a cocktail recipe. I call it the Petite Fraise (or little Strawberry.) It is really simple, delicious and refreshing.
Ingredients – Le Petite Fraise:
2 oz gin (or vodka). Our favorite is Tanqueray Rangpur.
3-4 strawberries, green parts removed.
Agave Syrup.
Cucumber sparkling water. I used La Croix Mure Pepino.
Muddle strawberries in a cocktail shaker with 1 tbsp agave syrup. Fill cocktail shaker with ice, and top with gin. Shake, then pour into your favorite martini glass. Top off with cucumber sparkling water. Garnish with a strawberry.
And don’t wear white when you drink it 😉
p.s. check out my last cocktail, the Aperol Spritz here.

You know I like easy! You could also substitute the sparkling water for prosecco for an extra boost. Because tomorrow IS Friday!
