Friday Fizz: Babbleboxx Lean, Clean, & Green 2018

Now that the new year is here, it’s time to put down the champagne glasses and focus our health. I am always looking for healthy tips and trick and ways to improve my well-being.

Casio G-Shock S Series Step Tracker

Guys. Can all my millennials who had a Baby G please raise their hands!? Casio has fulfilled my dreams by creating a step-tracking watch equipped with the G-SHOCK goodness that fills me with nostalgia. The G-Shock Series Step Tracker is water resistant and shock-resistant (duh) so you can go about your daily business without breaking it.

I am a avid fitness-tracker fanatic, so this watch is right up my alley. The default step goal is 10,000 steps, but I like to increase it to at least 12,000. I also like that the watch tells me to get up and walk when it feels like I haven’t walked in awhile with the message “STEP!” The bright pink color is so cute, too.

The Synergy Company’s Organic Matcha Powder

Matcha was big in 2017 and I think it is going to be even bigger now that it is 2018. What exactly is matcha? Matcha is the rarest but most beneficial form of Japanese green tea. It supports energy, focus, & vitality. It is supposed to be great for healthy heart function, healthy cholesterol, blood sugar balance, memory support, and healthy weight management.

The Synergy Company sent me Matcha in two forms: powder and capsules. I add a teaspoon of matcha powder to my morning shake and it definitely energizes me. When I’m feeling sluggish and not focused, it gives me a boost. I have tried other matcha powders before, and this one definitely tastes better. I am going to try to make my own matcha latte, and I’ll let you know how that goes. Matcha has a bad reputation for tasting like dirt, but the Synergy powder is so fine that I don’t get yucky vibes at all.
