Bubble Tea: Polka Dot Off the Shoulder

When I shop, I pick things out, then brood. Sometimes the thinking and weighing can last for MONTHS. I will put a bunch of things in my online cart, and if I am still thinking about that item at a later date then I will get it. It also has to meet all my criteria with regard to price, need, etc. That’s what happened with this top.

So I put this top in my cart, and after thinking about it multiple times a day I decided I couldn’t live without it. I go back to ASOS.com and find out that OH (insert expletive)! They don’t have it in my size anymore! Typical situation.

So then I start playing the “refresh” game. I refreshed the page every hour or so. And I checked the online shop as well as the app shop (because for some reason in my mind those are different. Even if they are not.)

And LOW AND BEHOLD on the APP and not the online shop, the top appeared in my size and I ordered it quickly and now it is mine. (I also have this ombre polka dot dress from ASOS. LOVE IT. The brand actually has so many amazing shift dresses. See the post HERE.)

I love wearing this top because it is springy and swingy and lighthearted. I foolishly thought that ASOS would be restocking it pronto, but they have not done so. I linked a couple similar polka dot ruffle off the shoulder tops that you might be interested in if you love this look! I really like this one for $25, and this one is similar in style, but it is all black.

Thanks for hearing out my story. I’m positive that I am not the only person who shops like this.
