Welcome back to our second week of On Mondays We Link-Up! We are blown away by how many links you posted for our first week! Thank you for your enthusiasm and support.
I’ve been in Brooklyn visiting my sister all weekend. My current Fitbit goal is to walk 12K steps a day. And let’s just say we definitely overachieved that.

My Weekend Trip To Brooklyn
We conquered some Manhattan spots on Saturday. I always like to make a stop at Aroma Coffee. Then we walked alll over and saw my sister’s cool startup office in midtown, perused Mario Batalli’s Eataly, strolled through Soho, and had dinner at Souen, the most delicious ramen. Souen has zucchini noodles! So we had those instead of regular noodles! It was SO good.
Sunday we had dim sum at an insanely good place called Golden Unicorn, walked around Prospect Park in Brooklyn, and all the way down Eastern Parkway. We also treated ourselves to some fancy hot chocolate and flourless chocolate cake! Even though it was raining/sleeting/super yucky out, it was a great time.
I just hope it isn’t this yucky when I come back for NYFW on Wednesday!

I love this ruffle sleeved sweater. When I tried it on in my instastories, my friend Grace sent me this photo like…dude? Hahaaaa! But personal style is about feeling good, and the ruffles make me happy. Even if I do look like Jerry Seinfeld!
If you’ve visited Glass of Glam before, you know that distressed denim is my jam. Hello here, here, here, and here. So when I saw these on sale at Express (and in a short!) I jumped at them. Size down as they run large. I also ADORE the hat. It’s sold out but I linked a couple approved options.
Finally, if you haven’t discovered M.Gemi shoes yet, let me introduce you. The shoes are all made in Italy and are of the highest quality. The company comes out with a new stye every Monday. And once they are sold out, they’re pretty much gone. So you have to jump on the style and color you like.
When I saw these gray Stellatos at the store in Soho I had to have them! I also have the Felize loafers in the most amazing pinky purple and they are insanely comfy (last worn here). I know the price is an investment, so I found these nearly identical ones for $40 (and they come in blush!)
