Now that I’m back from France, it is back to the normal grind. So I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to share some more productivity hacks.

In my productivity series with MiO, I last wrote about how to squeeze more out of your afternoon, but this time I wanted to think broader and talk about life hacks for doing more in general.
I take daily supplements to help me achieve my goals. And by goals I mean some large and small – energy, digestion, skincare, hair growth, and general well being. Here are 5 of my favorites right now.
This post is about as real as it gets (sweaty post-gym attire included!) On a typical day I work 8-10 hours then head straight to the gym for an hour. When I’m done with all that (around 8 pm), the last thing I want to do is think about putting together a healthy meal, even when I’m starving. The sunny months are coming. The days are longer, and I long for every moment I can spend outdoors. I even try to squeeze in a couple of walks around the block during the workweek just so I can get some fresh air and enjoy the weather.
For those of you that know me, you know I eat mostly Paleo. I basically try to eat grain-free, with the occasional rice or gluten-free item from time to time. Sometimes I eat dairy, but I try not to go nuts.
Seeing what other people eat in a day fascinates me. So here goes!
